All job offers are conditional upon:
At least two satisfactory references (one of which should be the current or last employer)
Verification of identity
An enhanced DBS check including a check against the Disclosure and Barring Services Children’s Barred List information and Adults’ Barred List information and which will be specific to the employment at 24/7 Support UK Limited
Verification of the candidate’s medical fitness, mentally and physically
Verification of original qualifications
Verification of professional status where required
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK
Where applicable, further police checks and/or a certificate of good repute/letter of good conduct will be obtained from the home embassy/home country for candidates who have lived and worked outside the UK.
The same checks are carried out for supply or agency staff, including those employed using employment agencies.
All workers are asked to provide photographic evidence of identity on their first visit, and agencies must provide us with written confirmation that up-to-date checks have been completed. Copies of those checks must be forwarded to us for our records.
